These Terms of Use ("Platform Terms") govern your access to and use of learn.flawedleader.com, the online learning platform where Flawed Leader LLC ("Flawed Leader," "we," "us," or "our") delivers the Culture Kits and their AI coaching companion.
These Platform Terms work together with our main Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy at flawedleader.com. Purchases, pricing, payment, and refunds happen on flawedleader.com and are governed by those Terms — you cannot buy products on this platform. If there is a conflict, our flawedleader.com Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and your license to the content, while these Platform Terms govern how you use the platform itself.
By signing in or using the platform, you agree to these Platform Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
This platform exists only to give people who have purchased a Culture Kit or bundle access to that content. It is not a store, and no products are sold or paid for here. To purchase, visit flawedleader.com.
Access to your kits is provided through an account on this platform, granted after you purchase on flawedleader.com. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to hold an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account, and for letting us know promptly at hello@flawedleader.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission. Your access is personal to you and your organization's internal use and is non-transferable — please do not share your login or kit access with others.
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the kit content for yourself and your organization's internal use, as described in our flawedleader.com Terms & Conditions. You are not buying ownership of the content. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, record, or create derivative products from our materials without our written permission.
Each Culture Kit includes an AI coaching companion embedded in the lessons. By using it, you understand and agree that:
It provides structured, coaching-style prompts and support to help you do the work. It is a software tool, not a person.
It does not provide legal, financial, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or other professional advice, and nothing it generates should be relied on as such. You are responsible for your own decisions and for how you apply the work.
We do not guarantee any particular business, organizational, or leadership outcome. Results depend on your own effort, judgment, and circumstances.
Using the companion requires signing in with a Google account and requires cookies to be enabled. It creates and updates a rolling notes document in your own Google Drive and, if you choose, publishes your output to your own Notion. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the companion, including attempting to reverse-engineer it, extract its underlying prompts or models, use it to generate harmful or unlawful content, or use it to build a competing product.
You own the responses, reflections, and work product you create through the kits. That work lives in your own Google Drive and, if you publish it, your own Notion. We do not claim ownership of it. To operate the service, you grant Flawed Leader a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs and the contents of your kit document as needed to run the coaching companion and deliver your results, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your work, and we do not use it to train AI models. You are responsible for keeping your own copies and can edit or delete your work in your Google Drive and Notion at any time.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt or interfere with the platform, scrape or copy content except as the platform allows, share your account, or infringe the rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these Platform Terms, misuse the platform or the AI coaching companion, or share or resell your access. Where practical we will give you notice, but we may act immediately where a breach is serious or ongoing. You may stop using the platform at any time. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before it.
This platform and the AI coach rely on strictly-necessary cookies to function, including a session cookie that identifies you so the coach can create and reference your notes document. These are described in our Cookie Policy. The AI coach will not work without them.
This platform is provided to us through LearnWorlds, a third-party learning management service, and the AI coach is delivered through our own coaching service embedded in the lessons. Your use of the underlying platform may also be subject to the platform provider's own terms. We are not responsible for the availability of third-party services, but we stand behind the access you purchased.
All content on this platform and within our products, including text, frameworks, graphics, course materials, videos, and the FLAWED Method, is the property of Flawed Leader LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
The platform and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flawed Leader will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product on flawedleader.com.
If any provision of these Platform Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will stay in full effect. If we do not enforce a right or provision, that is not a waiver of it.
These Platform Terms are an agreement between you and Flawed Leader. They do not create any rights for any third party.
These Platform Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Platform Terms or your use of the platform will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Platform Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with an updated date. Your continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated Platform Terms.
